Jeffrey Nickels
Jeffrey Nickels has over a decade of political experience and two decades of business experience mainly working in the Financial Industry. Throughout his political experience, Jeff has run for local office in the State of Ohio, served as a Commissioner with a local municipality, and worked on numerous local, state, and federal campaigns. He has served in leadership roles on statewide campaigns and political organizations.
During Jeff’s business career he has experience leading teams in several areas such as human resources, creating and implementing sales strategies, natural and pandemic disaster planning, reviewing and writing policy and procedures, planning, creating, and executing development plans, facilitation, training, budgeting, community outreach, and project management.
Aaron Spradlin
Aaron Spradlin has over a decade of political, government, and business marketing experience. He delivered wins at the federal, state, and local levels, including primary and general elections, and internal party nominating contests. In addition, he served clients in issue advocacy, commercial business, and political organizations.
Aaron then took a hiatus from the political world and transitioned his work into local government for a California municipality. In local government, he led in legislative advocacy, strategic planning, governing body reports and recommendations, communications and community outreach, content creation, disaster recovery, and crisis communications. After serving in local government, Aaron started i77 Strategies with his business partner, Jeff.
